GYROTONIC & GYROKINESIS MEMBERSHIP

•Two online Gyrokinesis classes & two online Gyrotonic classes per month approximately 75 minutes. (In total, 48 new classes throughout the year)
• Gyrokinesis classes will be held on Wednesdays the first and third week of each month Gyrotonic classes will be held on Wednesdays the second and fourth week of each month.
*For the months of July & August new recorded classes will be released for the membership. Jackson will not be teaching live for these months.
• One live Q&A- discussion with Jackson will be held on Thursday at the end of each month approximately 75 minutes in length, except for the months of July and August. (In total 10 Q&A session per year).
• Access to a large library of past Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic classes.
