4 classes from previous years.

  1. Beginning series of hanging, leg lifts and long chains. Finishing with high stretch.
  2. Long chains warm up with continuation of leg lift series and intro to levitation series.
  3. Short straps and long chains warm up with levitation.
  4. Long chains warm up with extended parallel bars and high stretch sequence. Finishing with elaborated waterfall/levitation and low stretch.
