Pulley tower- Advance classes



  1. Intermediate level 2
  2. Hamstring warm up with level  2 handles facing the tower. Psoas abdominal and Logo with lower strap finish
  3.  Beginning with pulling series and emphasis on the uninterrupted flow of movement. Finishing with lower strap hamstrings/with alternative hand positioning and seated level 2 upper body openings.
  4. Level 2 class.
